The client is a manufacturing company based in Uzbekistan that produces mining equipment, pressure vessels and large steel structural components. Its workshop is equipped with several large lathes, welding platforms and assembly lines. The customer initially learned about our crane products through its partner customers. Some of the cranes in their plant were older models with excessive deadweight, insufficient headroom and high energy consumption. Therefore, to replace this old part of the crane, they plan to purchase two new overhead cranes. As this was the customer's first time working with an Asian crane supplier, they were initially concerned about product quality and after-sales service. After several rounds of technical proposal communication, factory video inspection and reference to our successful cases in other Central Asian countries, the customer formally signed the contract in the third quarter of 2025 and purchased one HD 10-ton European single girder overhead travelling crane and one 50-ton European double girder overhead travelling crane.

There are a number of constraints in the working conditions and operating environment at the customer's site that place high demands on our design solutions:

➢Low headroom optimization: With compact wire rope trolley and electric power supply system, this crane's under-hook limit height can be 300-500 mm higher than the normal type of overhead travelling crane at the same rail height.
➢Lightweight and high-strength structure: The main girder adopts optimized design of box girder, which reduces the deflection of the main girder, and the deadweight is reduced by about 25% compared with the traditional structure, and at the same time reduces the wheel pressure of the crane, so that the customer doesn't need to carry out large-scale modification.
➢Frequency conversion speed control: Big and small cars and lifting are adopting frequency conversion speed control, starting and stopping smoothly, which can avoid shaking of lifting objects. At the same time, the soft start feature significantly reduces the impact on the grid.
➢High Temperature Adaptability Configuration: The motor is insulated with H-class insulation, the control cabinet is equipped with a cooling fan, and the key contactor is equipped with a wide range of temperature devices to adapt to workshop environments above 40℃.
➢Dust and oil treatment: Electrical control cabinet protection level IP65, lifting motor with closed forced cooling structure; end beam wheel sealed bearings to reduce dust intrusion.
The two units were finalized for production and third-party inspection in the second quarter of 2026 and shipped to Tashkent. Our company dispatched 2 field engineers to Uzbekistan for installation guidance and operation training. The on-site installation work cycle is 18 working days. After the installation is completed, after debugging and testing, the customer completes the acceptance. Customers report that the cranes we supply run very quietly, starting and stopping calmly. Customers say that we provide cranes that meet all their needs.
