Last year, a customer from Uzbekistan contacted us for a lifting solution. This customer is engaged in the warehousing industry, their warehouse mainly stores building materials, machinery and equipment parts and bulk bagged goods, the warehouse area is divided into light cargo area and heavy cargo area. Our Lifting Solutions: 5 Ton and 20 Ton Overhead Crane

These two cranes can travel on the same rail. This lifting solution can not only meet fully meets client’s requirements but also improve their working efficiency and save money.

Considering the customer's application, we offer two tonnages of overhead cranes. Both units adopt box-type main girder + I-beam lower flange structure, and the height of the main girder is reduced by 15% compared with the conventional one, so as to maximize the lifting space under the limited rail height. The hoisting mechanism is equipped with a low headroom wire rope hoist with upper and lower limits, overload protection and phase sequence protection. Among them, the 5-ton bridge crane adopts single girder design, with sturdy and lightweight structure, high rigidity and low deadweight. The 20 tons double girder overhead crane adopts double girder design, the design of double girder has two parallel main girders, which has stronger load carrying capacity and stability, and can better distribute the load and reduce the stress of structural components.

1. On lifting speed. We choose high-quality precise valve, so it requires double speed to ensure smooth lifting. The double speed hoist can meet the requirements and be very cost-effective.
2. On crane painting. It is tropical monsoon climate in Uzbekistan and the weather is wet in several months. So we use epoxy zinc-rich primer to protect it from rusting and corrosion.
3. On overhead crane cost. Single girder overhead crane design is cheaper than double girder bridge crane, And two cranes can travel on the same rail, this lifting solution can save a lot of money.
4. On efficiency and appearance. The overhead crane is not only work well, but also looks very beautiful in appearance.
